GlobalIndex is not a separate legal entity. It is a service operated by Powered By AI Services LTD. References to "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to Powered By AI Services LTD as the legal operator.

By accessing or using GlobalIndex, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for users aged 18 or older. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or if under 18, you are using the service with the consent of a parent or guardian, and you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Description of Service

GlobalIndex is a business discovery platform that allows companies to list their products, services, and opportunities. Visitors can search, browse, and discover companies and their offerings.

Services include:

  • Company listings: public business profiles published at the direction of the submitting company.
  • Crawler service: automated indexing of public business information. Companies may opt out at any time.
  • Contract templates: provided as drafts — not legal advice. Legal review recommended before signing.
  • Signed agreements: legally binding when both parties sign via the platform.

All listings are subject to review and verification. We do not guarantee that listings will appear in any particular position, generate leads, or result in sales.

4. Company Obligations

Companies using the Platform agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about their company, products, and services.
  • Maintain current and correct listings, updating them within a reasonable time of any material changes.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
  • Not submit false, misleading, or prohibited content.
  • Not attempt to manipulate search results or platform functionality.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of company account credentials.
  • Ensure they own or have the necessary rights to all content, images, logos, and text they submit.
  • Respond to verification requests within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Powered By AI Services LTD. Company listings, content, and intellectual property remain the property of the submitting company. By submitting content, companies grant Powered By AI Services LTD a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote their listings on the Platform.

Companies represent that they own or have the necessary rights to submit all content, including images, logos, text, and product descriptions.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit illegal, criminal, or infringing content.
  • Engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices.
  • Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
  • Scrape non-public areas without authorisation.
  • Violate applicable laws or regulations.
  • Submit false or misleading information.

7. Reporting and Takedown

We provide mechanisms for reporting incorrect information, fraud, copyright infringement, and illegal content. Reports may be submitted via the platform (e.g., report buttons on listings) or by contacting us at contact@poweredbyai.services. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with our policies.

8. Orders and Payments

Payment for GlobalIndex indexing services is handled by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the applicable pricing, billing terms, and cancellation conditions displayed at checkout.

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and may include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment covers the selected plan and duration as described at checkout.
  • Payment does not guarantee: company approval, verification, ranking position, leads, sales, or successful indexing. All GlobalIndex company gates (approval, agreement, consent, verification, crawl) are separate from payment.
  • Enterprise plans (custom quote) are not available for automatic checkout. Contact us for a custom agreement.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights. Depending on your country and circumstances, statutory cancellation or refund rights may apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

GlobalIndex provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation, availability, or accuracy of listings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform. Consumers retain all rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any company that violates these Terms, engages in illegal or harmful conduct, or whose actions we reasonably believe are detrimental to the Platform or its users. You may terminate your account at any time. Data deletion following termination is subject to our Data Retention Policy.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Consumer law savings clause: If you are a consumer resident in another country, nothing in these Terms removes your right to rely on mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

International customers: Customers located outside the UK acknowledge that they access our services voluntarily and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Our UK-based terms and policies apply, while mandatory consumer, privacy, tax, and data protection rights in the customer's country may also apply and cannot be removed by contract.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform and may require re-acceptance. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
